Youth Mental Health First Aid - Virtual (Adults)
Did you know that the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) reports that 1 in 5 teens and young adults lives with a Mental Health condition? Do you want to learn additional skills to support and assist the girls in your troop, community, and others?
Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among children and adolescents ages 12-18.
- Pre-Work: 2 hours to be completed online prior to the training (this is at your own pace through an online site)
- Day 1: February 29th from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Day 2: March 2nd from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Registration for this event is $30 per person and closes on February 15th.
After February 15th, your program registration is non-refundable.
