How do I find my logon name & password for Doubleknot program registrations?

When you register for a program, a Doubleknot account will need to be created if you do not currently have one. You will need to select “Create New User Profile” when starting an order to create a Doubleknot account.

Troop Leaders: For your convenience, your troop rosters have been pre-loaded into the Doubleknot system. This data will be updated regularly to ensure that new girls are added to your roster. If you see that a girl is missing from your troop roster, you will be able to add her to your troop yourself! When logging in for the first time, please be sure to use your email address that you use for accessing MyGS. We recommend that you use the same password that you use for MyGS so you will only have to remember one password for all of your GSMW accounts. 

If you have had a Doubleknot account previously through another organization using this email address, please DO NOT merge your accounts when prompted. You will need to use the User ID that has been created for your GSMW account and not your email address. 

How do I recover my User ID or Password?

If you have forgotten your logon name and/or password, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the GSMW Doubleknot login page
  2. On the Logon page, click “Need Help Logging On?
  3. Enter your email address to go to the “Recover Your Password” page.
  4. If you’re not sure what email address you used, enter the one you use most commonly. If the email address you entered is associated with a logon account, you will receive an email with information on resetting your password.
  5. If the email address entered is not associated with an account, a page where you can provide Personal Information to help locate your account is displayed. Follow the instructions on that page to identify your logon account. 

How do I add or remove people from a group?

If you would like to add members to your group, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the GSMW Doubleknot login page
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Select 'My Account' in the upper right hand corner
  4. Click on the 'Groups' tab
  5. Click on the 'Add Participant' link
  6. Complete the required information and click 'OK'

If you would like to add members to your group, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the GSMW Doubleknot login page
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Select 'My Account' in the upper right hand corner
  4. Click on the 'Groups' tab
  5. Select your group that you would like to edit from the dropdown
  6. Each person in that group will show up and you can edit or remove them with the icons to the far right
  7. Follow the prompt

Troop Leaders: Please be aware that if you remove individuals from your troop, you will need to contact your local Volunteer Support Manager or email Customer Care to have them removed from your group in our membership system as well. Otherwise the next time we do an import, they may show back up in your group/troop.
