What are the refund and cancellation policies?
These policies apply to all Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming Council events, camps, programs, meetings and trainings, whether they are held on Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming properties, camps or at community locations.
- Inclement Weather:
- Programs run rain or shine unless GSMW determines that inclement weather would adversely affect a program. In those cases, participants will be notified of cancellation or rescheduling.
- GSMW Cancellation:
- If GSMW cancels the event for weather or for any other reason (such as not meeting minimum registrations), participants will receive a full refund using the same method by which payment was made, if available.
- Participant Cancellation:
- If a participant wishes to cancel, cancellation and refund requests must be made prior to the registration deadline. However, we ask that notification be made as soon as you are aware so we can open your spot up to girls that may be on a waitlist.
- Refunds for family emergency or medical reasons will only be processed if notification is made before the event.
- Refunds WILL NOT be issued for no-shows.
