Animal Advocates - Gillette (Grades K-8)

Animal Advocates is a fun and educational program where Girl Scouts explore animal rights and welfare. Through interactive lessons, crafts, and hands-on activities, they will learn how to protect animals by adopting pets, supporting shelters, standing up against cruelty, and advocating for animal welfare worldwide.

This program builds empathy, teamwork, and creative thinking, empowering young advocates to make a real difference in their communities. As they complete each section, Girl Scouts will earn a patch, culminating in the prestigious Animal Advocates Service Patch at the end.

GSMW will provide a snack, but please send a sack lunch for a quick learning lunch. Girl Scouts will take home crafts to continue their animal welfare journey and complete special projects with their troop or on their own.

Only registered Girl Scouts may participate, and adults are welcome to register to attend. No tag-a-longs, please.

Registration for this event is $20 per girl and closes on April 21st.
After April 21st, your program registration is non-refundable.
