Let it Snow! - Virtual (Grades 6-12)
This December, Girl Scouts across Wyoming and Montana will virtually join together for another great winter crafting event! Together, we will create luminous snow cloud lanterns and decorative winter ornaments while exploring the depths and wonder of winter snow and cold weather.
For this event, GSMW will mail a crafting kit to each participant. Within the kit, girls will find craft supplies to make two different crafts including a winter craft to give as a gift. The kit will also contain surprises that will cast light on the science and awesomeness of winter weather.
Participants will also receive a winter fun patch. The older-girl program will include more challenging material than the younger-girl program.
GSMW will supply glue, but your girl may prefer quick drying fabric glue or hot glue. Please either supervise your girl's hot glue use or ensure she has proper hot glue experience and instruction.
Each individual girl participant must register, even if there are multiple participants in the same household. Adults do not have to register. Due to shipping timelines and costs, this virtual event is only open to members residing within the Montana and Wyoming Council.
Registration for this event is $24 per girl and closes on November 16th.
After November 16th, your program registration is non-refundable.
