Badge-in-a-Day: Craft, Tinker & Lead - Laramie (Grades K-5)

Girl Scouts! Let your creativity take center stage during this special badge-in-a-day program. Curated especially for our Montana and Wyoming Girl Scouts, GSMW is excited to offer our members a unique experience where our girls can imagine, make, experiment and solve problems while earning their Craft & Tinker badge. 

In addition to the Craft & Tinker badge, Juniors can earn their Junior Aide award. Daisies and Brownies will experiment and tinker alongside Junior Aide Maker Mentors who will help the younger girls discover what they can make when there are no right or wrong answers. Every participating Girl Scout will earn and receive her Craft & Tinker badge, and a snack will be provided.

Juniors participating in the Junior Aide portion will arrive at 9:00 AM for leadership preparation before the younger Girl Scouts arrive at 10:00 AM. Junior Aides will learn, observe and practice leadership skills before becoming Maker Mentors during the program.

When registering your Junior Girl Scout, you can add-on the Junior Aide Award that comes as either a badge or a pin. Select one of the following during registration:
• Junior Aide Badge: $2 additional
• Junior Aide Pin: $6 additional
If your Junior chooses not to earn the Junior Aide award, they may simply register as a participant without add-ons, and they should arrive at 10:00 AM.

This is a drop-off event. If you would like to remain at the program to assist younger Girl Scouts, please register as an adult volunteer. Volunteer space is limited and reserved for member volunteers with completed GSMW background checks.

Registration for this event is $15 per girl and closes on October 30th.
After October 30th, your program registration is non-refundable.
