How do I make a payment for a registration or reservation with a remaining balance?

To make a payment for a registration or reservation, follow these steps below:

  1. Go to the GSMW Doubleknot login page
  2. After you log on, the summary page for your account will be displayed.
  3. If the item that you want to pay for is listed on the summary page, click Pay Now. The shopping cart page will be displayed.
  4. If the item you want to pay for is not listed on the summary page, follow these steps:
    • Click the Registrations tab.
    • Locate the item in the list, and click Make Payment. The shopping cart page will be displayed.
  5. Select the amount that you want to pay. If you want to enter a custom amount, click Other Amount, enter the amount and click Update.
  6. Click Checkout. The payment information page is displayed.
  7. Enter your payment information.
  8. Click Make Payment. An updated receipt that reflects the new payment will be displayed. 

What happens if my Girl Scout was on a waitlist and is moved into the program?

If space opens up and your Girl Scout is moved into the program, you will receive an email and you will need to make a payment for a registration following the steps listed above. Your Girl Scout will not be able to attend the program until payment has been made. We do not take payment at check-in, so please be sure to take care of this prior to coming to the event.
