Girls will discover one of North America’s most endangered mammals as they learn what makes black-footed ferrets unique, the role they play in the ecosystem, and why conservation matters. \n  \n  \n Girls will create a fun black-footed ferret craft, explore these fascinating animals and their habitat, and learn how people are working to protect them. Then comes the best part: they’ll meet Poblano, ZooMontana’s resident black-footed ferret, and get an up-close look at this amazing animal. \n  \n  \n Girls will also discover what it takes to care for a black-footed ferret and have the opportunity to ask questions about Poblano.
